I didn't have any blown fuses, but the fuses did look discolored so I cleaned then and also sprayed contact cleaner in the fuse box and the power was restored to the dash and truck is working good. This can be from a faulty BCM which is common in these cars. Here is some information from the book: DTC P Circuit Description: The body control module BCMproduces the theft deterrent crank relay and fuel enable signal when ignition is ON and the proper ignition code voltage value is detected.

The powertrain control module PCM monitors the fuel enable signal during crank. If the proper signal is present on the class 2 serial data circuit, the PCM enables the fuel delivery in order to allow the engine to start. The engine continues to start and run as long as DTC P is stored. This information will not be stored as freeze frame data.

The DTC can be cleared by using a scan tool. Try to disconnect the battery for ten minutes and then reconnect it to see what happens it could reset. Is there something I am missing or is there a way I can bypass the system? Can you tell me the right way to program it by key to learn? I found my problem and got more information on my car. I was told if the battery drains all the time if you have to get it jump or your headlights goes on by its flashes or interior lights do not work it will be BCM body control module this some sign of BCM is gone or going out.
